The Brief
Arbitrum faces extensive competition from ecosystems investing heavily in content distribution and user education. Despite its strong technology, liquidity, and governance, Arbitrum risked being overshadowed without a consistent, trusted voice producing high-quality educational content. Castle Labs proposed a continuation of its original Arbitrum Unlocked campaign, doubling down with deeper research, broader formats, and a data-driven content strategy refined by the results of the first campaign.
Castle has been involved with Arbitrum since its beginnings: as a research collective, delegate, ARDC member, and contributor to its Mission, Vision, and Purpose. We understand Arbitrum's long-term vision and are well placed as a bridge between ecosystem developments and the broader crypto community.

The original Arbitrum Unlocked campaign, funded through Questbook D.A.O. Grants Season 2, proved the model. Castle delivered consistent educational content on Arbitrum's ecosystem, tech stack, and governance, reaching:
